“My favorite part of the building are the common areas. A large lounge with TV, dining table, kitchenette is the perfect place to work, relax, or host guests. The gym means no excuse for not exercising. There is even a kids play area for small children. Indoor parking is super convenient. It’s nice to not have scrape ice off your windshield or get wet moving groceries. All these things means you just live a happier, healthier life.” - D.W.
"The building is brand new and the management is great. Everything feels very high end like you have living in hotel. The apartments are spacious, with great lighting, high end finishings, and well thought out layouts. My wife loves the spa like bathrooms, the kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. A mobile app, key fob, and keypads means never having to bring a key. There is an App for paying your rent online and the management company is just a block away if you ever need anything. The management team is quick to respond to service request via a mobile app. The super is in the building and takes care of things quickly." - D.W.
"Great Neck is a great community and you are right in the middle of everything at the Playhouse. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in Middle Neck Road. Americana Manhasset and Roosevelt Field is close by. Beautiful parks including the private Great Neck Estates park on the bay with a pool, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball ball courts." - D.W.
"The building is relatively small with about 20 units. Everyone is super friendly and respectful. We all live in a shared space and it’s always clean and quiet. My neighbor even brought over some freshly baked bread last weekend!" - D.W.
